1. Product quality problems, one year free replacement, two years warranty, according to the contract agreement.

2. After receiving the after-sales notice and confirmation, the maintenance personnel within 300 kilometers in China can arrive at the site and start maintenance within 24 hours, and within more than 300 kilometers in China, the maintenance personnel can arrive at the site and start maintenance within 48 hours. In case of special circumstances, the solution can be negotiated.
